Clinic has started to train for Dirty Duo 15 or 25 km race. Trail list of meeting locations is posted here (same locations for 15 and 25 km). Online registration is open. Trail list for 15 km group linked here.

Tues night speed workout meets at 6:30 p.m. at Lynn Valley Community Rec Centre 3590 Mountain Highway at parking lot. Ask for Nicola. Drop in $5.

Sat Feb 4, clinic meets at Jaycee House 1251 Lillooet Road at 8:30 a.m. Park on side street. Advanced route (16 km) and Intermediate route (9.5 km).
